FINCA LA EMPERATRIZ SUPPORTS THE RIOJAN HOSPITALITY SECTOR WITH SCHOLARSHIPS TO OBTAIN WSET CERTIFICATION IN WINE (Wine & Spirit Education Trust).
Finca La Emperatriz Wine School; provider of the official qualifications from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, has organized during February a program of scholarshiped courses for professionals in the Riojan hospitality sector to obtain the official Level 1 Award in Wines. An international certification recognized by the world’s leading beverage companies and organizations.
Candidates who want to apply for the certification will be awarded a scholarship covering 60% of the total cost including the tutoring, the study materials and a variety of wines that are tasted during the sessions.
WSET training allows professionals in the sector to acquire firm knowledge, enhancing their skills when presenting and selling a wine. Undoubtedly, an apprenticeship that gives them confidence and skill in the development of their duties.
With these online courses, the winery wants to accompany the Riojan hospitality sector in these weeks of inevitable closure due to the pandemic situation.
